Hi Paige, All DSpace 7 field labels displayed on the Item page should be defined in your language pack file in the U, usually right around this location: https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/blob/main/src/assets/i18n/en.json5#L2490-L2538
I'm not seeing any default given to the "dc.description.acquisition" field... and strangely that field doesn't even appear to be in the out-of-the-box "dc" schema that comes with DSpace: https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/main/dspace/config/registries/dublin-core-types.xml So, my best guess is that this is custom code on your end, or someone added this field to your "dc" schema.
