Agreed.  We are currently using it and very pleased thus far.  One thing to 
note, make sure you provision your guest as recommended when it comes to CPU's. 
 The initial setup did not execute properly because we provisioned for 2 CPU's 
not the recommended 4.  Once the initial setup is completed you can scale back 
the CPU's if you choose.
