There are two building:
Building 1:
VLAN 100 - Link1 (Link ISP1)
VLAN 200 - Link2 (Link ISP2)
Management VLAN 11 (Sees ISP1, ISP2, Switches)
The two links come into port 1 and 2 on the switch Enterasys B3G124-48.
