Now we don't have problems on Evolution. 16.259 messages are all
received. There's not duplicate messages. The only problem is that
16.259 messages are still on pop3 servers and they was not deleted.

Evolution has several accounts, but the log you saw refers to only one,
the one that has the 16,259 messages not deleted on the server. The
16,259 messages were all regulary received and downloaded from server

Well all solved!!
It was enough to delete in ~/.local/share/evolution/mail all the
folders with the name [number]@[hostname] with the exception of the
directories "local", "trash", "vfolder". I checked and all messages
were deleted even on pop3 servers.
