The alternative would be that as my Exchange Server is a virtual machine I
could add another drive to it and create the mailbox database on that.
If there are any other tips that you think might be useful I would appreciate
them.

one exchange server in
the UK and one In the US. It would seem illogical for the clients to continue
to connect to a server in the US if the one in our office became available
again after a failure. And vice versa should a failure occur on the US server.

and moving it
into a PST file. We use the Red Gate Exchange Server Archiver for
Archiving our regular Mailboxes but this does not have a feature for
Archiving Public Folders.
Any help or Guidance appreciated.

at the Event ID 1221 it says there is only 39mb of
free white space and the pub1.edb continues to grow instead of using
free white space.
Anyone any ideas why this should be so?

seems to describe the different ways very well and the Auto Accept agent
would seem to overcome our problem. (People opening Meeting room
calandars directly and booking them)
Has anyone got any other comments that may help us to decide which way

there may be something slightly different in
the new exchange setup that I have not noticed.
The problem exists for about 4 users that I know of out of about 200.

Eventually the OWA server will be sitting in a DMZ. I know I will have to
open ports etc for it to connect but for starts I want to get it up and

once had a user who when using OWA claimed to be missing nearly all the
emails in his Mailbox.

turned out he was only viewing page 1 of 10. He did not realise he had to
click on the Arrow buttons near Page to browse through his
email.
