Hi I use Scan Dual II VS on Win2K and it works fine. I will follow procedure given below. 1) Switch on the scanner, leave for 1-2 minutes. Make sure that the door of the scanner is closed. 2) Launch VS(You should hear some sound ). 3) Insert the film/slide holder. 4) Continue scanning.
