Hi Mark Sounds like you may need to install some Mix 31 and Mix 43 torroids to start to knock the RF down. Since it is worse with the Amp on, it seems related to RFI. I would start with each and every power lead and then work on the audio leads. Google YCCC and Choke and you will find the PDF
