[Flexradio] New UTC time for the Flex net on 20m - no local time change

FYI, Due to the time change in the US tomorrow AM, the UTC time for the FlexRadio net on 20m has changed to 1800 UTC. The time of the net has NOT changed from your previous local time. If the net was on at 2:00 PM last week, it will be on at 2:00 PM tomorrow. -Tim - W4TME
