Guys!
I found solution to VBO problem
you should change type of buffer from
GL_STATIC_DRAW_ARB to GL_STREAM_DRAW_ARB or GL_DYNAMIC_DRAW_ARB
Maybe problem is in nvidia driver so I post
bugreport to nvidia
