I'm nominally a kitchen crew guy but others are the experts. I think we'll
have a good few in attendance.
Here's what we need to discuss Tue:
1. Anyone's equipment vs kitchen plan & budget. I do have a blueprint to
share even if Eerie (architect) can't make it.
2. Who is doing/finishing the work
I think all that equipment would be very useful at the Squirrel. And would help
with working toward renovations but 5,000$ is not a lot to renovate the whole
kitchen. I know the floor and cupboards need to be fixed. I'd love to hear what
the kitchen crew has been working on and any estimations
Precisely- we cook a lot of home fries on a griddle, and received a bunch
of donated potatoes recently. The fry cutter will help us process the
spuds. No intention to start deep frying.

potatoes. You could bake them or sautee them. But yeah, generally, we are not
legally equipped to handle frying.

not. There is a sub account for the kitchen. Fnb donated 5k years ago to help
