I'm nominally a kitchen crew guy but others are the experts. I think we'll have a good few in attendance. Here's what we need to discuss Tue: 1. Anyone's equipment vs kitchen plan & budget. I do have a blueprint to share even if Eerie (architect) can't make it. 2. Who is doing/finishing the work

I think all that equipment would be very useful at the Squirrel. And would help with working toward renovations but 5,000$ is not a lot to renovate the whole kitchen. I know the floor and cupboards need to be fixed. I'd love to hear what the kitchen crew has been working on and any estimations

Precisely- we cook a lot of home fries on a griddle, and received a bunch of donated potatoes recently. The fry cutter will help us process the spuds. No intention to start deep frying. And yes, this money should come out of the $5k that FNB previously donated for the kitchen. Funds are in your

I mean, a fry cutter doesn't mean deep fryer. It just is a way to cut potatoes. You could bake them or sautee them. But yeah, generally, we are not legally equipped to handle frying. On Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 12:38:38 PM EST, Al Brundage wrote: I'm wondering why we need a

I'm wondering why we need a fry cutter?  Thought we weren't going to allow frying because of the extra fireproofing equipment it required. Also I thought there was a separate funding source/account for the kitchen On 2/15/24 11:40 AM, Brett Arnold wrote: Morning all, Request for the

Generally, the proposal goes to the collective and the collective approves or not. There is a sub account for the kitchen. Fnb donated 5k years ago to help with kitchen. It could come out of that. :) Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android On Thu, Feb 15, 2024 at 12:29 PM, Mario Savastano wrote:

This sounds doable to me, but as I have officially been the treasurer for less than three weeks, I’d like people’s approval/input regarding this issue prior to handing over the check. Are we all onboard with this? Anything I need to be aware of and/or deal with? Mario On Thu, Feb 15, 2024 at

Morning all, Request for the treasurer: Food Not Bombs would like to purchase some equipment from the closing Anyone's. Can we get a check made out to "Anyone's Cafe and Bakery" for $2510? This would come out of the overall $5k kitchen renovation budget. Breakdown: Flat top x1 =1500 Stainless
