I'm trying to insert some text into xsl-region-start and I'd like it rotated
90-degrees to you'd have to tilt your head sideways to read it. I think the
reference-orientation property is the right approach but it isn't implemented
in FOP.
Is there a work-around?

I'm not sure if it works directly with FO(P), but I'm sure it works with SVG/Batik.

The background:
I create a letter together with the envelope.
Unfortunately my printer only likes the envelopes turned by 90 degrees so I
have to rotate the envelope page in my document .
