mentioned. We start the content that needs the change bar prior to the
graphic, include the graphic, and then at least the first character of
the para immediately follows. Yes, it then looks like there is a change
in the first line

to a table when using the File Import File command.
Set the # of columns and other options and you are done.

CSV is really just a text file. Try changing the extension to .txt.
After it's in FM you should be able to convert it to a table.
