Assuming the work instructions are controlled by a unique paragraph
tag, that would be the default order if you generate a TOC for the
book or file and only specify that type of tag. The links are
generated automatically when you generate a PDF for the book if you
activate the Acrobat functions
I'm not sure if you're looking for a generated list or just a list. If it's
just a list, can you put it in a table, and sort on the number column? That
way, if you create links for the doc names in the other column, the links won't
be lost.

screenshot, I'm looking at ways to enable users to click different parts
of the screenshot to see what they are. I'd also like to consider adding

or you can make a call to the video to run in its own player. There
would be a dependency on the viewer side to have Flash player
installed, but that's not a biggy and I believe the default is to go

Yes, I did take a small sample and used the table in Frame to sort by columns,
that looks okay, but will this retain the links like a regular TOC, can I make
this a generated list and remove the table borders?

to Do not run around.
On top of the png are arrows and callouts in text boxes. (Not optimal, I know,
but this document is not going to be translated.)
I draw the arrows using the Graphics Tools, and insert a text

runaround properties for the group...
If the graphic objects are not grouped, each may have its own
properties and those may be in conflict with the underlying PNG.
