You probably can save the files as MIFs and do a search and replace, but
with that many files you probably should go for a script.

You can use FrameMaker's built-in Find/Change feature to change the URLs in the
text. For URLs in markers, you will need to use scripting. Keep in mind that
FrameMaker versions 10 and higher include ExtendScript
