When using the FBSD bootable CDROM to install FBSD the first thing to display on the screen is the 'Kernel configuration menu'. The handbook says to select the 'Start kernel configuration in full-screen visual mode' which takes you to the 'Kernel Device Configuration Visual Interface' screen that
