I think you may need to change the way sendmail starts. rc script for
sendmail changed in 6.X so you may not have one of the additional queues
running.

I'm taking it that you mean telnet 83.67.*.* 25
if so then no, I cant connect.
How do I find what port MailScanner is listening on ?

Can you actually connect directly from localhost?
