light blue suggests that it’s a problem with the video cable or video chip. If
you’re lucky, the video cable is just dislodged and can be fixed by reseating.

An internal connector is dislodged. It works initially but after it warms up
thermal expansion causes a connection to open up. The solution is to open it
up (not for the feint of heart) and disconnect and reconnect all internal
connectors.
