Catched by running gcc.c-torture/execute/builtin-prefetch-2.c with
-march=rv64gc_zicbop.

gcc/ChangeLog:

        * config/riscv/riscv.md (prefetch): Use r instead of p for the
        address operand.
        (riscv_prefetchi_<mode>): Ditto.
