A total of 7 PPMC members do not join the Doris PMC.
All 4 PPMC members working for StarRocks have communicated privately and have
made it clear that they will not join the Doris PMC.
The other 3 PPMC members also communicated privately and made it clear that
they would not join.

branding issue.
