I tried to find infrmtaion on making an Translation of the GLPI interface
but did not manage to suceed.
Can you provide me with some instructions on how to accomplish this:
1. Are the only localization files of the GLPI project located in
Webroot/glpi/locales
2. What are the steps

The GLPI project uses an online translation tool.
You can ask for an account on this mailling list, and tell us in which
language you want to translation the application.
The translations are periodically updates in the glpi repository.
