Sorry if i write here, but in the indepnet forge there's no way to add
bugs even for authenticated users, and i've tried to contact some
plugin developer (yllen and FranciX) with no feedback.
I've just upgraded to 0.78.X (upgrade to 0.80 scheduled after a reply
to my previous email, for safety)

I would like to change the view when a technician logs into the interface to
show the global view rather than the personal view. Is there an easy way of
changing this. If this is not possible, how do i maybe add new items to the
