[Gluster-infra] [Bug 1171650] Gerrit: configure clickable links to bugzilla
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1171650 --- Comment #5 from Kaushal kaus...@redhat.com --- (In reply to Niels de Vos from comment #4) This seems to work: https://scan6.coverity.com:8443/query/defects.htm?projectId=10714cid=1288824 It keeps redirecting me to my coverity user dashboard. Backports often should have the same Change-Id. This makes it easy to identify backports and their original change. A Change-Id needs to be unique per branch, different branches (master, release-3.7, ...) can have the same Change-Id. Example: http://review.gluster.org/#/q/I62168a0ab4f0c78e61987371ae75a0d2dd56ced8 The gerrit documentation recommends having different change-ids for backports. Each backport is a unique commit, so it should have a unique change-id for gerrit to be able to track it. This was how I thought gerrit should have worked, but apparently you can have duplicate change-ids. Whenever I've backported changes I've always had the change-id regenerated. I believe this is how most of the developers did backports. I'll add the commentlink setting anyway. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. Of the two solutions to fix it: a. Mangle the git branch name to not have a / b. Accomodate the possibility of have a / in git branch name. I have chosen b) because that looks cleaner. The first symptom is that the last few lines of the console output look like this: > 07:19:07 Build GlusterFS > 07:19:07 *** > 07:19:07 > 07:19:07 + /opt/qa/build.sh When I log in to the machine, more often than not I see a bunch of processes sitting in various versions of umount as part of the cleanup from the previous test. There will also typically be one glusterfs (client) process that should have exited in response to the umount request, but for some reason hasn't done so. Manually sending SIGKILL to that process gets things unstuck and the next test usually runs properly after that. This is a relatively new phenomenon. I didn't start seeing this particular syndrome until 1-2 months ago, so something must have changed to cause it. Perhaps one of our local NetBSD experts could look into it so we can still claim Gluster runs on toasters. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. This works okay 90% of the cases. But we run into ad edge case: 1. Patchset 1 has Verified +1 added triggering regression jobs. 2. Edit commit message, creating Patchset 2. 3.
