I have finished translating GnuCash Concepts Guide into Japanese
except some images.

I'd like to translate GnuCash web pages into Japanese.
When I look at htdocs of the GnuCash svn repository, it seems I can
translate them by the
following 4 steps.
1. Add a Japanese entry into external/header.phtml
2. Make ja/local.php for Japanese.
3. Make po/ja.po

Just send gnome-translation-jp mailing list because many GnuCash
developers can't speak Japanese and feel annoying.
