The current development version 2.7.2 fixes the fuzziness for everything except
the headings in the register. So 2.8 will fix the problem. It won’t be fixed in
2.6.x because of gtk-aqua issues (I think…).

The situation definitely improved since, as the only low-res fonts left
are the ones in the register.
