Ok, yes it would seem glade is much, much easier. However, I was not able to open window-reconcile.c in glade, am I missing something? I thought that was a gtk output? I'll look over some of the gnucash pages, https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Development_Process for background to get up to speed.
