header.phtml tries to echo the undefined variable $mimeline.
$mimeline is not defined or used in any of the webpages or related php
scripts.

sx:instanceCount isn't incremented on each occurrence.
I have modified fonctin increment_sx_state into gnc-sx-instance-model.c
