Thanks John, For now I was going to rename the current budget wiki page to be called "Budget History" or something like that and create a new page called "Budget Requirements" to house the requirements stuff. I only recently signed up to the wiki, so that's probably why I can't do it! Fair

Thanks John! Greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I don't have privileges to create new pages. This is weird, because when I read the MediaWiki 'help' section (something I should have done before initially posting... sorry...) it seems to indicate that all users should have the ability to edit
