mingw64 build and gwenhywfar/aqbanking download location

While debugging the gwenhywfar/aqbanking download issue on maint I noticed the unstable build downloads these packages from sourceforge instead of the aquamaniac website. What is the reason of this ? Geert ___ gnucash-devel mailing list
