About time in transaction

I'd like to know is it possible input the time in transactions? It's really important for me to track the history.. For example "2017-04-01 08:00" paid to McDonal for Food:Breadfast. And is it possible have a web version? Thanks a lot iPadから送信 クルト・ソン

Changing the default field in search
