Kalpesh Tools->Import Map Editor will bring up a dialog. If you select the Non-Bayesian you can delete but not add or edit entries for CSV import. The online radio button allows you to similarly edit the onlineId entries which AFAIK are what are used to match external accounts to the GnuCash
