I did forget to mention a couple of things. If there is only a small
number of scheduled transactions being automatically created by mistake, it
would probably be easier to just delete them and edit the corresponding
SX's, which you probably would need to do anyway if that were your problem.
The screen shot did not make it into the list, but it is normal for the
'Created' message to be greyed out because there is no way for the user to
change the status to any of the other settings once the transaction is
created. If you really do want to change the status the only way would be

For sharing access I think a shared Dropbox folder would be safe and
sufficient. Other possibilities which I'm not as familiar with would be
Google Drive and One Drive.

I received the attached notice about an addition you made to the wiki FAQ page.
The addition you made concerned rental statements. However, the solution you

Just try this:
Goto "business"at top of your screen
Click on Customer
Click on new customer and then put in your tennant details. Your tennant is

Arthur,
Your original message was clarified to be about automatically posting
weekly rent so a rental statement can be produced with the balance of the

Hi Lokesh,
Unless you 150% trust your accountant to be honest I'd be reluctant to give
remote access. Many accountants are totally honest, but there are a few,
both self employed and employees of large accountancy companies, that
