There's a problem with Preferences - Date/Time. The date format option
'Locale' is non functional being fixed on US format. The tooltip also
reports 'Use the date format specified by the system locale' no matter
which option is chosen. This is macOS 10.14.5 and GnuCash 3.6-1 in the UK.
