4a - if you check the "Create Automatically" option the txn will be auto
created WITHIN gnucash. You can also check the "Notify me when created"
checkbox and you will get a notification when created. It auto runs when
opening your file in Gnucash or you

Notes Column?We often put notes in this field about when invoices are normally
received, when payments are due, payment terms, etc. It would be hand to see
