I'm facing an issue with in Advanced Portfolio Report:
*There is an error processing the transaction 'buying 100. share
units'. This may to be caused by a sell transaction causing a negative
stock balance, and a subsequent buy transaction causing a zero balance.

They haven’t missed a release date in over 2 years. It’s still barely
mid-morning in the time zone where the primary release manage lives.

Thank you John. It is good to know that a fix is coming. I had to rollback
4.0 installation because of a bug in the command line utility and 4.1 due to
the advanced portfolio report error. Both issues have been raised here and
while the first one got a reply from the dev team, the report one
Has 4.2 been released for Win 10? Website says 4.1 is latest version. Is
4.2 still in development?

Attempt to open Advanced Portfolio report (Reports->Assets &
Liabilities->Advanced Portfolio) yields the following:
Report error
An error occurred while running the report.
In c-interface.scm:

To solve this issue, use edit/find to look for a transaction with shares
I'm using GnuCash Version 3.7. When I run the Advanced Portfolio report, it
processes for a bit, then it stops and I get a partial report with an error
message: "There is an error processing the transaction 'buying .0030 share
units'. This may to be caused by a sell transaction causing a
