I'm running 3.8 on my Mac.
If the directory structure is the same for you as it is for me (highly
likely), perhaps my setup would work.
I set the styling stuff, which includes the font, with a file called
"gtk.css". It's in the directory:
/Users//Library/Application
The fix is the same for all platforms. The difference is only in where the CSS
file is stored.
See the wiki - search for “GTK3”. That page has instructions and links to file
locations.
(note, a review of the FAQ on the wiki will eventually lead you to that GTK3
page)

Have upgraded to 3.8. The font on the Accounts pages is too small to read
comfortably. But I cannot find any place in Preferences or elsewhere to
increase the font size. Help appreciated.
I see earlier posts giving a fix for Windows. I am looking for advice on how to
fix this on a Mac.
Chris
There is no preference.
You have to edit a config file. (it is not created by default)
Search the wiki for “GTK3”

Chris,
Look back a week or two - This question gets asked a lot and rather than
repeat the answer you can easily find an answer to the same question. It's
an easy process.
