You can use Cygwin version of man command.
I have PDF versions of those man pages made available on my website as well.

I've seen several (old) references to winpt as the GUI for Windows.
Before I download and install it, I would like to ask whether it is

Hi!
Just one remark: A logo should not be a picture. It shall be a clean
and simple design without detailed artistic stuff. In this sense the
current GnuPG logo as well as the usual GNU don't work well as logos.
