Hello, I am surprised that gpg asks for the smartcard PIN via the keyboard when it is to be changed. Do I misunderstand anything? Can I make gpg use the card reader keypad for that instead? IMHO an important part of smartcard security is that the PC does NOT know the passphrase. Is there any reason why the keypad cannot be used for this?
