[Announce] GnuPG 2.2.30 (LTS) released

Hello! We are pleased to announce the availability of a new GnuPG LTS release: version 2.2.30. This release fixes a few minor bugs and improves the usability of symmetric-only encryption. The LTS (long term support) series of GnuPG is guaranteed to be maintained at least until the end of 2024.
