Today's was a Special AGM where only the proposed constitutional amendments
were discussed in great detail and passed as proposed, by those attending. They
will be presented to the AGM.

Wilson talks of new constitution but no information if the consitutiion
has been amended or will be in future. One question: Did Wilson and others
who talk attend the meeting? If they did, please provide details.
