i'm experiencing the same issue. What scares me is that on the System Status
all features are green (blobstore feature missing???) and even here Google
is not acknowledging the issue and this is going to be a problem going ahead
from more than 10 hours now...

i starred your issue, but for me creating a new app is not an option :S. I
hope Google will let us know what to do... hopefully soon.

this morning after two deployments to my appengine app i can't deploy it
anymore. When i try to deploy the app i get this error message:

hahah it's a nice joke, but i thought that Internet was to speak to people
even you're geographically distant. If i can afford an intern-continental
flight to go speak with some google employee i surely don't even have the

Problem disappeared without any change made either on my site or in
CloudFlare, so I don't think it depends on their service.
It would be great to know by Google what happened, since the message cames
from them, but i suppose it will not happen :(. My only idea is that it has
