So Google Translate Element seems to break my google map flex
application. I'm currently using the Ajax Bridge to interface
javascript with my flash application, and this bridge essentially

It is possible Chrome doesn't realize that webpage is in another language.
If you right click somewhere on the page, the contextual menu that popups up
should have Translate to English (or whatever your interface langauge is).
Click that to translate the page.
