Yup and it wont start X and the display is really hard to read. Network   wont 
start also.

The great thing about Pentoo is that you don't have to install it on
your machine.  You can boot it from a DVD or USB flash drive.  You can
do the same with the GNU Radio Live DVD.  This is all described here:
