after upgrading into 10.10 my system is getting slow and hanging within 30
minutes after booting. both music and video files are not working properly.
I have installed Ubuntu inside the Windows. Is it because of that ? How to

Have you verified the md5 hash of the iso?
Please do that.
Also, install latest virtual box and try again.

Last week I got an installation work in a school .. they gave me ubuntu IT
school dvd to install in their lab ... I hav copied that .. its based on
ubuntu 9.10 karmic .. anybody know from where it is coming ? Is there a new
version available ?
