These symptoms (non-delivery of outside email) are most commonly caused by
problems with the DNS server that IMail is using! If, in the SMTP tab
settings, you change the IP of the DNS to a different one (for now use only
one IP!), and that fixes the problem, that would confirm my

Show us some logs, Frank, specifically in those "SMTP-" sessions, this is
the "smtp client" process that send mail.

or 2 ago. You setup accounts on the faximum server that will be receiving
email. Then with imail rules you can forward faxbound messages to the

not appear when I interrogate my DNS (it should, if your records are
propagating correctly. This would explain why you cannot ping that
