When spam does get through I usually send it off to spamcop for reporting. But occassionally I notice in spamcop analysis that some of the relays are shown as blocked by ORBS. Isn't postfix/IMGate supposed to block IP's listed in ORBS? It will if you tell it to, here, in the last line:

Hm... this wouldn't work for me, though. Since I am dealing with users on a daily basis I can safely say that you may not expect a lot of cooperation from them. Whenever I send any request by broadcast I usually get no more than 50% responses. Others simply choose to ignore what I say to them. In
