In v6.x these were set for each domain and the settings would apply to each user in the domain, unless individual settings were entered for the user. There was no way to set the defaults to apply to all domains at once, at least not from the GUI. Haven't worked with v7.x though. HTH James

Call them do not read the site, because the site just confuses you. I called about this but why would you use active dir for a mail server. ? who cares if the user and pass are different from the comp logon. If you authenticate a user using MS SAM database then you have to have a license

New Thread. After applying the 7.02 hotfix I haven't noticed any improvements in performance. I have about 150 users on a NT 4.0 SP6A server (PIII 500, 512MB, 20GB) server. I never had any performance problems with 6.06. I've been monitoring the server's utilization using the NT Task Manager.

My frustration level is @ it's highest yet! All of the sudden, now when I go into my IMail admin and expand the server list... I get a listing of all virtual domains (7) 6 of which each use their own IMail DB with all the correct users. Next I click on my 1 virtual that uses the NT DB (Win2k
