Upgraded Imail from 6.06 to 7.02. The upgrade went smoothly but users are
not able to delete their messages using web mail. I tried this using the old
templates and as well as the new ones. There is no problem while using
POP3/IMAP.
What could be reason?

In v6.x these were set for each domain and the settings would apply to each
user in the domain, unless individual settings were entered for the user.
There was no way to set the defaults to apply to all domains at once, at
least not from the GUI.
Haven't worked with v7.x though.

now for just over 2 weeks and with our 3500 mailboxes it has caught over
