That's the rub -- the settings (relay for addresses) have never been changed. I re-verify it (along with other things) after every upgrade and patch install. Anyway, I requested a retest and have been removed from njabl, without any changes to my server. May never know why it happened. John

If the users sending the email authenticate using SMTP AUTHto relay mail, they will not be scanned for spam. Have them AUTH when sending mail. I can't tell without looking at the Spam logs why they were caught, but there is no filtering based solely on HTML being in the message.

I'm thinking IMAIL is detecting an email message with tons of addresses within the header and is rejecting the email. Sounds more like you've exceeded 'Maximum Mailbox Messages,' a setting best left quite high for the account that, by default, receives Postmaster messages.
