telnet to port 25.

individual client settings are kept in a cookie on the client's computer.
If the client deletes their cookies, this will happen. The only way to NOT
have it happen is for the client to NOT delete the cookie from your webmail
server.

Ipswitch has some domains listed in the phrase list. In the list, they do
not include the . but are listed with a space, i.e., Microsoft com instead
of microsoft.com.

18 is snagged. You note there are no wildcards in the phrase list, so I am
not sure exactly what the + is doing or signifying in this instance, as

It's not so much the number of orphans as the total number of user
directories. The way that 'Find Orphans' traverses the directory
structure and does user lookups makes it something you want to avoid
doing on a running server when possible.
