Can you point me to some documentation of exchange2aliases? I've downloaded
it but am not having much luck with it. I'm not sure if my syntax is messed
up, I have access issues, or both.

If you use Backup Exec, you can check out their Desktop/Laptop Option, or
DLO. It makes a copy on the local drive, as well as on the network.

A couple things to check:
1) Check the time interval for automatic 'send receive' If it's set too
low you can have this problem. I've set ours to 10 minutes and it has worked
well.
2) I've seen this also with mailboxes that are large, like well over 15M.

I use mirra server for automated backup. it works automatically and also
secure access to via web. You just need to setup one time which folder(s) you
want to backup. From then onwords it automatically backup when ever your are
connected in the same subnet.
