[IMail Forum] Starengine updates not downloadin automatically.

Hello,I have upgraded the starengine service in ICS 2.02 using the retro kit provided by Ipswitch. However, the updates are not getting downloaded automatically. I have read somewhere that the starengine gets automatically updated every 10 minutes. Can somebody tell if it is true or not and

The updates are downloaded every ten minutes, but the file is only updated once a day. If you have a .dat file then the engine is pulling data. You can look at the log file under starengine\logging and it will show you when differential updates take place. Tripp - Original Message

i'm not sure... :o i ever had checked verbose logging in SMTP, my costumers don't read postmasters messages and sometimes i must to investigate in log file... Look for other creating... entries and try to follow them, or directly, look for mail from: entries and try to do the inverse process.
